Before you can live more fully, you need to understand where you are today — emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and energetically. Reflection isn’t about judgment. It’s about clarity. It’s about noticing what’s working, what’s not, and what your inner self is quietly asking for.

1. WHERE ARE YOU TODAY

Start by grounding yourself in the truth of this moment.

  • What feels good in your life right now?
  • What feels heavy, draining, or misaligned?
  • What have you been avoiding that needs attention?
  • What do you want more of?
  • What do you want less of?
  • What part of your life feels like it’s asking for change?

2. WHAT YOU TRULY WANT

Look beyond the surface. What is your life actually calling you toward?

  • What does “living fully” means to you right now?
  • What experiences or feelings are you craving?
  • What would your life look like if you trusted yourself more?
  • What would you pursue if fear wasn’t in the way?
  • What feels ready to begin?

3. WHAT YOUR DOG WOULD TEACH YOU

Dogs see us clearly — without judgment, without expectation. Let their wisdom guide you.

  • Where would your dog tell you to slow down?
  • Where would your dog encourage you to be braver?
  • What would your dog remind you to appreciate right now?
  • What would your dog tell you to let go of?
  • What would your dog celebrate about who you already are?

4. IDENTITY BEYOND ACHIEVEMENT

Strip away the roles, the titles, the expectations. Who are you underneath it all?

  • Who are you becoming?
  • What qualities define you at your best?
  • What qualities do you want to strengthen?
  • What matters more to you than achievement?
  • What do you want to be remembered for?
  • What feels true, even if it scares you?

5. YOUR NEXT STEP

Reflection is powerful — but only if it leads to movement. Choose one small shift.

  • What is one small change you can make today?
  • What is one boundary you need to set?
  • What is one thing you can appreciate right now?
  • What is one habit you can begin this week?
  • What is one thing you're ready to release?
  • What is one action that aligns with who you want to become?

Reflection is the beginning of the journey — the moment you pause, look inward, and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise. The next step is bringing that clarity into how you live.
